- SkillsFuture Reimbursement Calculator
LiT Strategy would like to extend our well-wishes to you and your team.
As of April 2020, the Singapore government has released the Enhanced Training Support Package (ETSP) as part of the Stabilisation and Support Package and supplementary Resilience Budget to help businesses tide through the COVID-19 pandemic.
With the introduction of the ETSP and the Enhanced Absentee Payroll1, you could send your employees for highly subsidised SkillsFuture training. In addition, while your employees are on leave for training, you could tap on the Enhanced Absentee Payroll grant to alleviate your employees' salary costs.
Our team at LiT Strategy has compiled a list of SkillsFuture courses2 which are eligible for up to 90% SkillsFuture subsidy. To help your company maximise the savings from these courses, we have prepared a comprehensive Reimbursement Calculator. This calculator helps to calculate the total capital outlay required, and the net savings after reimbursements, when sending your employees for company-sponsored courses during this period3.
To receive the free Reimbursement Calculator, kindly complete the form below and we will be in touch shortly.

- For more details, please visit https://www.ssg.gov.sg/programmes-and-initiatives/training/enhanced-training-support-for-smes.html
- Updated as of 5 May 2020
- This reimbursement calculator was developed with a focus on SMEs. For non-SMEs, please visit https://www.ssg.gov.sg/ETSP_EnhancedAP.html to find out more details on the support package relevant to your company
- Do note that the Enhanced Absentee Payroll subsidy is capped at $10/hr
- Do note that we are not a SkillsFuture training provider. We also do not offer grant application services for companies. We created this tool and saw that our clients found it useful. Hence, we decided to share it with other SME owners as well
- As the SkillsFuture training courses are constantly being updated, we encourage employers to confirm with the training providers that the grants or subsidies are still applicable while applying for the courses
